Get Stronger Every Day with Our Physical Training Programs
Working with Dynamic Physical Training (DPT), this program helps youth and adults develop a well-rounded exercise routine and prevent injuries while reaching personal fitness goals. Routines focus on core control, postural alignment, flexibility, and strength for all ages. We prioritize injury prevention by addressing individual fitness levels in all sports and conditioning activities. This program works with Physical Therapists to ensure integrative and efficient training to enhance performance. Join us and “Feel It” at BGCNRI!
Please note: There is an annual fee of $35 to become a member of the club.
Looking to improve your athletic performance?
Join our Speed & Agility program and develop footwork, quickness, and resistance training. Or try our Strength & Conditioning program for gains in strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention. Both programs feature small classes with only 10 spots and 8-week sessions for ages 10-15, from 7:00-8:00 PM.
Transform Your Fitness Journey
Join our Train with the Trainers program and get ready to transform your fitness journey! Designed for parents, friends, family, and coaches, our program offers modifications for all fitness levels, medical issues, and injuries. With limited spots available, our 4-week sessions run from 7:00-8:00 PM and provide a dynamic workout format including core strengthening, circuit-style training, and cool-down stretches.
