Working with Dynamic Physical Training (DPT), this program helps youth and adults develop a well-rounded exercise routine and prevent injuries while reaching personal fitness goals. Routines focus on core control, postural alignment, flexibility, and strength for all ages. We prioritize injury prevention by addressing individual fitness levels in all sports and conditioning activities. This program works with Physical Therapists to ensure integrative and efficient training to enhance performance. Join us and “Feel It” at BGCNRI!

Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning programs are perfect for athletic development. We offer small classes (10 spots) for ages 10-15 focused on strength, speed, agility, conditioning, balance, and injury risk reduction. Join us for 8-week sessions, 7:00-8:00 PM.

Our speed and agility program offers small classes (10 spots) for ages 10-15 focused on footwork, quickness, plyometrics, vertical jump, and resistance training. Join us for 8-week sessions, 7:00-8:00 PM.

Hustle for the Muscle

This program is perfect for athletic development. This training series is for ages 6-9 and focuses on footwork, conditioning, vertical leap, speed and agility, core strengthening, obstacle courses, relay races and more. Join us for 8-week sessions, 6:00 – 7:00 PM.

Train with the Trainer

Looking to get in shape and have fun doing it? Join our Train with the Trainers program, designed for parents, friends, family, and coaches. With modifications for all fitness levels, medical issues, and injuries, our 4-week sessions offer limited spots and run from 7:00-8:00 PM.
