Our NFL Flag Football Program provides a fun and safe environment for children to learn and play flag football. We offer programs for kids of all skill levels and focus on developing fundamental skills such as passing, catching, and teamwork. Our coaches are experienced and passionate about teaching the game and promoting sportsmanship. Players will learn the rules and regulations while also having fun and building friendships with their teammates. Join us and experience the excitement of playing flag football like a pro!

Camps

Join our exciting flag football camp during school vacations and summer! Open to ages 10U and 12/14U, each day is packed with 3 hours of skill-building exercises, drills, and scrimmage games. Led by experienced coaches, our program helps players develop their technique, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Don’t miss out on the fun and learning opportunities!

League

The NFL Flag Football program offers three different leagues throughout the year: Winter, Spring, and Summer. The Winter league runs from November to February and is an 8-10 week season for kids aged 8U, 10U, 12U, and 15U. The Spring league runs from April to June and is an 8-week season for kids aged 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, and 15U. The Summer league runs from July to August and is a 7-week season for kids aged 8U, 10U, 12U, and 15U. Each player receives a reversible NFL Flag jersey and flag belt. The leagues offer a fun and competitive environment for kids to learn and develop their skills in flag football

Join BGCNRI for a thrilling travel Flag Football experience! Compete in tournaments like the Ocean State Open with a 4-game minimum and max 10 players per team. Teams provide their own equipment, and all games follow NFL Flag Rules. Don’t miss out on the action!
